CRITICAL FINANCIAL RISK & NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE NOTICE

The mathematical tools, risk gauges, lot sizing engines, and pip calculators provided on FinCalc Edge are engineered solely for informational, educational, and computational simulation purposes. FinCalc Edge does not offer personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or brokerage trade execution. Leveraged financial trading in Forex, Cryptocurrencies, Commodities, and CFDs carries a high risk of capital loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

01.Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the calculators, data APIs, visual models, or documentation provided on FinCalc Edge (accessible at https://fincalcedge.vercel.app), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must terminate usage immediately.

02.Intellectual Property & Free Tool License

FinCalc Edge grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and free personal license to utilize our client-side software applications to evaluate position sizing and pip metrics for personal trading preparation.

You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, mass-scrape via automated crawlers with malicious intent, or republish our software architecture or proprietary interface designs without prior express written consent.

03.Accuracy of Mathematical Modeling & Data Feeds

While our mathematical algorithms strictly replicate Tier-1 prime broker contract conventions (including standard, mini, and micro lots) and synchronize reference rates via market data providers (such as Alpha Vantage and Binance):

  • Broker contract sizes, spreads, leverage tiers, and margin requirements vary significantly across retail and institutional brokerages.
  • Market pricing is subject to high-frequency slippage, latency, and liquidity gaps during news volatility.
  • You bear sole responsibility for verifying lot sizes and trade values with your specific broker's terminal before placing real-money orders.

04.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinCalc Edge, its developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to financial losses, loss of trading capital, margin calls, liquidation events, or lost profits—arising out of the use, inability to use, or computational reliance on our website or calculators.

05.Third-Party Links & Advertising

FinCalc Edge may display third-party advertisements (via Google AdSense) or references to external financial resources. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any products, services, or claims made by third-party advertisers or external websites linked to or from this platform.

06.Governing Law & Severability

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with international standard commercial practices and applicable laws. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
