Our Fundamental Privacy Architecture: 100% Client-Side

FinCalc Edge was engineered from the ground up on a zero-knowledge, client-side paradigm. When you input your account balance, risk tolerance, stop loss in pips, or lot size calculations, none of this confidential financial data is ever transmitted to or stored on our servers. All mathematical computations execute exclusively within your local browser sandbox.

01.Information We Collect

When utilizing FinCalc Edge, you are not required to create an account, provide your legal name, register a credit card, or link any brokerage account. The limited data we interact with includes:

Local Session State: Numerical parameters entered into our calculators (such as risk percentage, leverage, or account currency) may be stored strictly within your browser's localStorage to preserve your settings across reloads. This information never leaves your device.
Standard Server Logs: Like standard web hosts, our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) automatically logs generic diagnostic telemetry such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring pages, date/time stamps, and approximate geographic location (city/country level). This telemetry is non-personally identifiable and utilized exclusively for network security and DDoS mitigation.

02.Cookies and Web Beacons

FinCalc Edge utilizes cookies and comparable web technologies to enhance user interface responsiveness, remember your color theme preference (Light/Dark mode), and facilitate analytics.

You can configure your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, core calculation functionalities will continue to operate normally even if cookies are disabled.

03. Advertising Partners & Google AdSense Compliance

04.Third-Party Financial Data APIs

To provide real-time currency exchange rates and asset pricing, FinCalc Edge establishes encrypted, direct connections to verified public financial providers (including Alpha Vantage, Binance Public Feeds, and Exchange Rates APIs). Requests made to these APIs query asset ticker prices and do not convey any personal or trading details.
